We’re helping youth build mental fitness so they can fulfill their true potential for both happiness and contribution.
This is a 7-week program we offer to youth 16-29 residing in the Greater Toronto Area. As this program retails for $995, we are selective to offer this program to those that are committed to the completion of this program and spaces are very limited.

To participate in this program:
You MUST commit to the program throughout its duration.
80% of the benefit of the program comes from completing the daily app-guided exercises. Once the program kicks off, we expect those who are participating to make this a priority. Here’s what you can expect in terms of time investment: 15 minutes of daily app-guided mental exercises, 1-hour long video session each week, 60-minute live discussion with your accountability pod group each week.
You MUST participate with an accountability group of 6, including you.

Saboteurs are the voices in your head that generate stress and negative emotions in the way you handle work and life’s challenges. They sabotage your potential for both happiness and performance.

You'd be committing to:
Joining a 1-hour live discussion weekly
Watching a 1-hour video once per week from week 2 to 7
Doing a combined total of 15 minutes per day of practice guided by the Positive Intelligence app exclusively designed for this program.
Week 1: Discover Your Saboteurs
Meet your pod and set our intentions for this program together. Discuss about our Saboteurs.
Week 2: Boost Self-Command
Through a breakthrough process called PQ Reps, you get to boost your Self-Command muscle. With each PQ Rep, you develop greater mastery over your own mind, quiet the negative, and activate the positive region of your brain.
Week 3: Intercept the Judge
Intercept and weaken the most damaging Saboteur, the Judge. You discover how judging yourself, others, and circumstances is a key source of your stress and quite damaging to your performance.
Week 4: Accomplice Saboteurs
Expose your accomplice Saboteur’s hidden lies, limiting beliefs and negative patterns, identified through the Saboteur Assessment. Rewire your negative neural pathways by redirecting this Saboteur’s response.
Week 5: Shift to Sage
Strengthen your Sage, the counterpart to your Saboteurs. Practice the Sage Perspective that every problem or challenge can be converted into a gift and opportunity.
Week 6: Boost Sage Power
The Sage region of the brain enables 5 primary powers. For peak performance, you learn to boost all 5 powers and know when to use which power.
Week 7: Taking Action
You’ll use your Sage’s Navigate and Activate powers to take clear-headed, laser-focused, decisive action. Discover how your Sage keeps you “in the zone” while enjoying every step.

Weekly meeting on Tuesday's at 5:30pm to 6:30pm starting March 14 to April 24
Weekly meeting on Monday's at 7:00pm to 8:00pm starting May 30 to July 11

As someone who has experienced trauma, I have developed pretty strong Saboteur voices. As a certified life coach and a trained PQ Coach, we will have fun together showing love and compassion for ourselves while softening our Saboteur voices! I can walk alongside you. The journey is never over, and I know I continue to grow in my interactions with folks professionally and personally. The possibility of growth, no matter your starting point, is what makes me so passionate about my role as a life coach.
The PQ system is really powerful and has many applications across different areas in your life. Once you recognize how your Saboteurs show up, they'll start falling like dominos!
