The Life You Want Program

The Life You Want Program focuses on skills and tools to take control of your story. This includes setting and achieving goals, overcoming challenges and setbacks, and developing the mindset needed to be powerful in your life. 

Every decision, setback, and triumph in your life can be seen as an opportunity to discover the things that make you unique and wonderful as a person. These experiences can help you to identify the seeds of truth that are at the core of your being.

Each FREE workshop stands alone, you may attend one or all of the workshops within the series.

WHO IS THE PROGRAM FOR?

  • Youths 16-29 years old residing in the GTA.

  • Folks that may lack motivation, unsupportive environment, or do not know where to start to work towards the life they want for themselves. 

  • Those that's experiencing too much change at once, it could be overwhelming and stressful to handle it on your own. 

  • Those who are looking to make a positive change in their life.

WHAT WILL YOU ACHIEVE?

  • Learn and use proven strategies to effectively get in alignment with the vision of the life you want and gain a greater sense of life purpose

  • Develop skills to improve organization, motivation, and productivity

  • Move to action, overcome obstacles, and take meaningful steps towards your goals

  • Greater sense of accomplishment through being more align with your values and building a life that gets you excited.

  • Enhanced well-being and a boost to self-esteem from the inner-work that's done.

  • A stronger community, because when you thrive, everyone around you benefits.

THE LIFE YOU WANT

Attendee will receive a kit (which includes a Legend Planner, pen, and essential oil roller) and a 90-minute workshop on goal setting which supports you in building The Life You Want. 

Date: Sunday April 2, 2023

Time: 11:45 to 1:15pm, and 2:30pm to 4:00pm

Location: Fairview Library

We will also be hosting virtual workshops once a month to continue supporting your success throughout the year. Topics such as motivation to reach your goals, building good habits, time management, etc.
