Wellness Series

Wellness Series is a great way to practice self-love for your whole self. Body, Mind, and Soul.

Each FREE workshop stands alone, you may attend one or all of the workshops within the series.

WHO IS THE PROGRAM FOR?

  • Youths 16-29 years old residing in the GTA

  • Youth seeking tips to improve their everyday emotions

  • If you want to practice mindfulness tips for your mind, body, and soul

WHAT WILL YOU ACHIEVE?

  • Understand the connection between how emotions can affect your physical, mental, and emotional state 

  • Learn mindfulness tips to address emotional worries, physical movements to address physical stress, and journaling techniques to care for your soul

Details: Increase your scope and sensation of appreciation. Together we will consider the power and significance of what we may take for granted. Let’s explore deeper levels gratitude.

Details: Reflecting responsibility (to see mutual accountability and to release blame in all directions – toward them and yourself)

Details: Together we will start the year with less striving and more clarity – with wisdom. Let’s create spaciousness and peace.

Feeling stressed? Let's take a look at the brain science behind stress to better understand the benefits of meditation. Learn a variety of breathing techniques to help manage emotions.
