Wheel of Life

Three months left in 2026. Let's end it on your terms.

A free in-person workshop for youth 16–29 in the GTA.

Everyone's got an opinion about what you should be doing with your life. Almost nobody gives you the time and we're here to actually work it out.

WHO IS THE PROGRAM FOR?

  • Youths 16-29 years old residing in the Greater Toronto Area.

  • You're spread across too many priorities and ready to pick

  • You'd rather do this alongside people than alone in your notes app

  • You want to get to January without the "where did this year go" feeling

WHAT WILL YOU ACHIEVE?

  • 🎑 A clear picture of where every part of your life actually stands right now

  • πŸ” One or two things to focus on for the rest of the year, chosen on purpose

  • 🧘 An intention connected to who you're becoming, not just another to-do list

  • 🀝 A room full of people working on the same thing

You're a whole person, with multiple dimensions

that all deserve attention

Life isn't just career, or just relationships, or just health. It's all of it, at once. Once you see the patterns across the year, what you prioritized, what you avoided, where growth happened without you even noticing, you can choose to change them. You're not stuck repeating the same cycle unless you choose to be. And discomfort in that process isn't failure. It's information.

What to bring:

Your 2026 calendar, be it paper planner, phone, whatever you actually use. That's the only thing.

You don't need to have it figured out.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do I have to share anything out loud?
No. You'll be invited to share, never required. Plenty of people spend the whole three hours working quietly on their own wheel. What you write down stays yours.

I've never done anything like this. Is that okay?
Yes — most of the room is first-timers. No background needed, no prep, no plan.

Is this therapy?
No. It's a guided workshop with a certified coach. Nobody's going to dig into anything you don't bring up yourself.

What do I need to bring?

Your 2026 calendar — paper planner, phone, whatever you actually use. That's it.

I didn't really keep a calendar this year.
Totally fine. Photos on your phone, your messages, your bank app — anything that helps you remember what you were doing in March. Or just come and work from memory.

Is lunch provided?
Yes, lunch is on us. Tell us about allergies or dietary needs when you register.

How do I get there? I'm worried about the fare.
The venue is right on the subway, and we can cover your transit. Just check the box when you register — no forms, no explaining.

What if I'm running late?
Come anyway. We'd rather have you for two hours than not at all.

I don't know anyone. Will that be weird?
Most people come on their own. The first half hour is built for settling in and meeting people before anything else starts.

Is it actually free?
Yes. All Success Accelerator programs are free, it is fully funded by The Toronto Local Charity.

Will there be photos?
Sometimes, for our website and social. We'll ask first, and it's completely fine to say no — tell us and we'll make sure you're not in any.

What if I need to step out?
Step out whenever you need to. No explanation needed.

What if I register and can't make it?
Let us know so we can offer your spot to someone else. No hard feelings.

Can I bring a friend?
Yes — get them to register too so we've got a seat and lunch for them.
