THE PROGRAM OVERVIEW
01
Smarter Prompts for Smarter Careers
Most people who have tried AI and given up got bad results and blamed themselves. The tool was not the problem. The question was. In this session you learn exactly how to ask AI the right way so it gives you answers you can actually use. You leave feeling confident, not confused — and ready to use PathPilot from this point forward.
You Are Not Bad at AI. You Just Have Not Been Taught How to Use It.
-
Write 3 prompts using the CSC framework (Clarity, Specificity, Context) — one for job search, one for resume, one for skills — with a before and after comparison showing what changed
-
Try role prompting and few-shot prompting live in PathPilot and see how the output shifts
-
Iterate on one prompt in real time until the answer is genuinely useful — not just okay
02
Find the Right Fit: Smarter Job Discovery
Sending applications into the void and hearing nothing back is exhausting — and it usually has nothing to do with being unqualified. In this session you get clear on two things: the job you actually want and the job you need right now. PathPilot does the matching. You finally see yourself reflected back with language that names what you are worth.
Stop Applying to Everything. Start Going After What Actually Fits.
-
Set up your PathPilot profile and run a North Star job search and a stepping stone job search — compare the fit scores and gap analysis for both
-
Complete your Personal Job Map: your target role, your realistic next step, your biggest gap, and one action to close it
-
Ask PathPilot to surface transferable skills from your current or most recent role — write down three you had not named before
03
Resume, Cover Letter and LinkedIn
Most resumes never reach a human. They are filtered out automatically before anyone reads them. That is not a reflection of the candidate — it is a keyword problem. In this session you fix it. You also build a LinkedIn presence so that when employers search for someone like you, they find you. By the end you have materials that actually represent you — not a generic version of you.
Get Past the Filter. Get in Front of a Human.
-
Run the 3-step resume tailoring process for a real job posting: keyword extraction, full tailoring, and a side-by-side comparison table showing exactly what changed and why
-
Generate a cover letter and edit it until it passes the read-aloud test — if you would not say it out loud, it gets changed
-
Update your LinkedIn headline, About section, and top skills using PathPilot prompts built specifically for your role and target
04
Ace Your Interview
Most people who struggle in interviews know the right answer. They just have never said it out loud under pressure. Practice is the fix. In this session you build real answers from your own stories, hear feedback on what lands and what does not, and do a full mock interview with PathPilot as the hiring manager. You leave having already done the hard part.
Know What You Are Going to Say Before You Walk In.
-
Generate 7 interview questions for your target role and write 2 full STAR answers — then run the feedback prompt and revise at least one based on what comes back
Do a complete mock interview in PathPilot with at least 5 questions, including pushback and follow-ups
Ask PathPilot what your weakest answer was and rewrite it until it is something you would be proud to say out loud
05
From Skill Gaps to Career Growth
Most people know they need to learn something new. They do not know what, exactly, or how to fit it into a life that is already full. This session answers both. Whether you are trying to get hired, get promoted, or just get somewhere different from where you are right now — you leave with a plan that is specific to you and realistic enough to actually follow.
Figure Out What Is Actually Holding You Back — Then Build the Plan.
-
Run a skill gap analysis for your target role or promotion goal and identify your top 3 gaps with context on how critical each one is and whether it requires formal training or can be self-taught
Build a 6-week learning plan with weekly goals, one free resource per week, and one project to complete by the end that you can put on your resume or LinkedIn
Run the minimum viable version of the plan — adjusted for your real life, not ideal conditions — and commit to one action before the next session
06
Know Your Worth. Build What's Next.
Most people accept the first offer they get because they do not know what they are actually worth. That is an information problem and this session fixes it. Whether you are negotiating a job offer or a raise in the job you already have, you leave knowing your market value and having practiced asking for it out loud. You also finish your complete career portfolio and walk away with one clear action for the next 30 days.
Know Your Number. Ask for It
-
Research the salary range for your target role in Toronto — low, median, and high — and identify what pushes a candidate toward the top of that range
-
Generate a negotiation script for your specific situation, run the humanizing prompt until it sounds like you, and practice the pushback response with PathPilot as the hiring manager
-
Complete your AI-Enhanced Career Portfolio across all 6 sessions and write your closing reflection: what shifted for you, and what you are doing next
